Learn and Earn Program – Summer 2017

LRaphael • Aug 07, 2017

The  PHASE 4 Learn and Earn Summer Employment Program  is designed to help economically disadvantaged youth find summer employment. Program participants receive 12 hours of work readiness training to prepare them for the workplace.  When training is complete, participants are placed at job sites where they can work up to 25 hours a week.

Pictured above are PHASE 4 employee Merle Thompson and just some of our 2017 Learn and Earn participants.  These youth work in the East Liberty area and strive to beautify the community.  Many businesses from the area support these youth with free drinks and cleaning supplies.

Congratulations to the 2017 Learn and Earn Program participants on successful completion of the program.
