The PHASE 4 Diploma Retrieval Program is a high school education and training program under Title 1 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.  The program serves youth, ages 16 through 24, who have officially withdrawn from school and are seeking a second chance to earn their high school diploma.  The program also offers experience in job readiness and career exploration.

Applicants must meet federal income guidelines to qualify for this program funded through the Department of Labor.  The student’s sending school and/or home school district of residence must agree to grant an official high school diploma upon completion of all the required courses.

The PHASE 4 Diploma Retrieval Program operates in our East Liberty and Brentwood locations year-round from July 1st to June 30th on a continual basis.
