The PHASE 4 Diploma Workforce Program is a high school diploma completion and career pathways employment program under Title 1 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. The program serves youth, ages 16 through 24, who have officially withdrawn from school and are seeking a second chance to earn their high school diploma. The program also provides individuals with career pathways exploration and career counseling, leading to employment while meeting the regional workforce needs.
Applicants must meet federal income guidelines to qualify for this program funded through the Department of Labor. The student’s sending school and/or home school district of residence must agree to grant an official high school diploma upon completion of all the required courses.
The PHASE 4 Diploma Workforce Program operates in our East Liberty, Shadyside and Pleasant Hills locations year-round from July 1st to June 30th on a continual basis.
